Great design is everywhere, in the apps we use, the products we buy, and the experiences we remember. That sets a higher standard for all of us, and great design is how you meet it.
Aligned teams build better products
Design, product, engineering, and many other functions contribute. What matters most is that we are moving in the same direction.
Good design does not happen by accident
I hold high standards and sweat the details, but more importantly, I try to lead by example. I raise the bar for my team and work alongside them to reach it.
